(More customer reviews)I bought this doll for my daughter for Christmas as an alternative to an American Girl doll. The hair is cut several different lengths. On the back right side it looks like a chunk was cut out of the top layer. I have washed it, conditioned it, and blow dried it to try and get rid of the ridges left in it from the braids, nothing works. On top of all that, despite buying a special brush for doll hair, it comes out by the handful every time I try to brush it down. I remember having dolls with descent brushable hair when I was little. Apparently, now days, the only way to get a doll with hair you can brush is to shell out $100 for an AG doll. Guess my baby girl will just stick with Littlest Pet Shop for now.

Her hair is not so nicely and smoothly cut as it is shown in the picture, her face is also not as beautiful. Her eyes can not be closed. The color of the clothes however is the same as one can see in the picture.
I feel some kind of disappointed in this product for the price paid. It doesn't worth so much money to pay, because one can find even better products and it will be ten times cheaper .

The doll is very cute as are all the AG dolls, but I find it outrageous that an available doll is being offered on Amazon for almost twice the price you can get from the manufacturer! People might see the listing and conclude that it costs even more elsewhere, which is just not true.
