I also purchased several accessory items to go along with the doll so that she'll have many hours of interactive fun playing with it. It's a just the right size doll for a one year old with a soft body and vinyl face, hands and feet. She is well constructed with good coloring and gorgeous expressive eyes. The miniature plate, bowl, spoon and sippy cup that comes with her will allow the little mommy fun playing with her. Her outfit is well made also. A cutie for sure and a perfect first doll that I hope my granddaughter will treasure for a long time!
