It's made really well with lots of details. My raincoat I purchased was able to fit my Lalaloopsy dolls arms. Maybe the other person reviewing this item had a defective raincoat and should return it for another one. Don't shy away from purchasing this, My daughter and niece loves the different outfits and changing their dolls into them.
