BUT...we had to squeeze the baby Stella doll into it and even then...the hat didn't fit and if this was a real baby..it would be SCREAMING! (it pulled down on her shoulders when we got it on the doll, because it wasn't big enough!) My daughter was not interested in this AT ALL after seeing how difficult it was, even for me, to get on Baby Stella. Maybe this was meant only for the "Baby Stella" without hair?? If so, that's fine...then SPECIFY that on the item description! Since they are both called "Baby Stella" with or with-out hair, and don't specify a size on the dolls, I have no clue if that was even the issue.
