(More customer reviews)These are not "socks." They are tubes of material (open at both ends) - they cannot be worn as socks. Also, they are very, very small. The description says they are for children "6 and up," but my 11-year old couldn't even get his size 5 1/2 feet into the little tube.
The seller, Future Memories, was no help. After contacting them immediately after receiving this product, the customer service agent was sympathetic and surprised: "Wow, I'll contact my supervisor immediately." Weeks later, after reminding them about my request for a refund, I got a perfunctory response that no items purchased in October could be returned. Ever. Even if they were damaged, missing parts, broken, misrepresented, or if the wrong item was sent to you. As I read this policy, I suspect that Future Memories saves all its broken junk to send out in October. Voila! No returns, ha ha!
Anyhow, please do not buy this item. They are not socks, and they are not usable. If tubes of material are what you want, you can make this yourself with a 10" x 12" piece of sparkly material, and sew it up one side.
