The product arrived almost overnight, and was a delight when presented at Grandbaby's first birthday party. It was well finished and quite sturdy. As such, it served as a handsome jungle-themed party decoration before becoming a room furnishing.
I'm pleased with the quality and fancy of the stool and clothing rack. It gives a child a seat for putting on socks, shoes, and boots; pegs for pajamas and robes, and clothes to be worn again; and the next best thing to company -- a friendly-looking, long-necked giraffe.
"Gertrude" was sent ahead to our son and daughter-in-law's home. It came as no surprise to us that she arrived in a "spoiler" of a box with no gift wrapping. Grandbaby was too little to have a surprise spoiled, and our son didn't complain about assembly; nonetheless, please be forewarned about the packaging, and undisturbed about assembly. ENJOY.
