(More customer reviews)These came in only 2 different colors after being advertised as an assorted pack. When I finally got in touch with someone on the phone, they said they were out of all other colors. Seems to me like they should tell the customer that beforehand to make sure they are ok with two colors when expecting an assortment. Also, all 12 packs were bound together tightly with a rubber band, and a lot of the strands were broken in pieces when I opened the box. The black clip-on piece is huge and bulky and really is hard to cover up with hair unless they are put at the neckline, if you happen to have long and thick hair, that is. They don't come out looking anything like the style in the picture. Beware!
