(More customer reviews)My daughter got this as a gift for her 6th birthday. The doll is really cute, and the hair accessories are fun. The make-up doesn't work quite as the instructions says it should. It comes with a "pen" that when filled with water, frozen, and starting to thaw, the pen should make make-up appear on the doll's eyelids, cheeks, and lips. The make-up is really already on the face, and the pen doesn't do anything. When applying warm water to the doll's face, the make-up begins to disappear but comes quickly back.
I wouldn't say you should avoid buying this item, but if you are buying it for the make-up fun, it might not be worth it.
