The Build-A-Bear Holly Moose saved the day. It is soft, durable and just the right size. I had it for a week before I gave it to my bf, and it stands up to cuddling and general stuffed animal use. The stitching is well done, and the fur doesn't come out in those clumps like the cheap stuffed animals. Holly Moose also survived a stuffed animal fight (being thrown violently across the room towards another person) without a single injury.
