(More customer reviews)This was the second costume we bought from Mullins. We were just able to get her into it this year since they only make them for up to 25 lbs. Although we like the quality, it just didn't have the same cute factor as last years costume (hippo). However, if Mullins made costumes for older toddlers, I would still be a loyal customer.
