From its relatively tall 1/7 scale to the beautiful sculpting and amazing detail, this figure stands out in any collection. The pictures can't really do justice to how detailed it is up close, with a soft sheen of the apron and skirt plus gloves and stockings that are almost liquid in their luster. The boots are also exquisitely detailed, with the multiple buckles looking better the closer you get to them. I personally love the expression on her face, too; rather than the harsh look that Ryomou Shimei is known for, this look is much more teasing and playful. Her stance is unique, and I think the way her hands and fingers have her signature handcuffs stretched couldn't have been done better. The figure stands well on the included base and truthfully looks good from any angle displayed. The only negative I can find is that the handcuffs are plastic, not metal, and they are MUCH more fragile than would be expected. Be quite careful when positioning them on her hands.
Overall, this is an outstanding figure, one of the best I've ever seen from any manufacturer. Cerberus does a wonderful job on all their pieces, and this one is no exception. I highly recommend it to any collector who can keep it away from any rough stuff. This one is not appropriate for kids due to the delicate nature of the handcuffs. Some parents might also not like the amount of detail in her attire (or lack of attire, from their point of view). Oh well, it's their loss. In my opinion, beauty is beauty, and this version of Ryomou Shimei is quite beautiful indeed.
