(More customer reviews)This product was ordered for a 10 month old. The hood that came with the costume, however, fits a 48 year old man's head. Brands on Sale suggested we stuff the head with cotton. I think that is wrong. When I am paying $35 bucks for a kids costume, I pretty much dont expect to have to make major alterations just to gain minimum functionality. The "good" folks at Brands on Sale said that was the way it was (notwithstanding the picture on the internet was not the same as the one that accompanied the package) and since there are no returns for costumes and apparel, that's too bad. They actually hung up on us when we called when we asked to speak to a manager. I quote, "Knock yourself out" click. Totally unprofessional an non-consumer friendly in addition to what I still say was deceptive advertising. Brands on Sale stinks.
