When I was notified by Fedex the item would not be delivered until 8 business days later I tried to get in touch with them without any luck. They would not return emails nor would they answer their phones. I left a message that I would pay extra to have another costume sent express and then return one of the costumes after they arrived so I could still get the costume and use their company. . .no response. The package actually arrived the day of our party but I had to buy another one from another company because I was notified it would be late. When I spoke with this company they basically said it arrived on time so I was responsible for all return shipping. I think this company needs a lesson in good customer relations. This was totally unacceptable and I will never order from them again. There are many other companies out there. . .use them!
