A little basket that turns into either a purse or a bassinet, and the "surprise" inside the basket is a tiny doll with clothing and a hat. I liked this particular style - the Ice Cream Social doll - because of the bright colors. The little dolls have furniture and other accessories if you so choose to order more. There are several styles, you can check them all out at the creator's website.
