(More customer reviews)I just bought Kohanna for my niece. She already has the American Girl Jess. We have a number of Carpatina slim bodied dolls and love them. They are beautiful and their clothes are exquisitely made. I bought them to go with our Magic Attic dolls since their clothes are interchangeable, unlike the American Girl dolls. These fantasy dolls have accurately designed costumes (like the Magic Attic dolls and American Girl Historical dolls) to travel in time and location, thus making learning history and geography fun. The difference from those other dolls are these do not come with books.
Carpatina has the Girlfriends Collection clothing specifically for the American Girl Dolls and we have a number of them also. I bought the Chinese and Japanese outfits, as well as, a couple of dresses for my niece's Jess. She was so excited to get them.
We love Carpatina dolls, clothes, and patterns. Great quality merchandise that you can not go wrong buying. The girls love them. Just remember they are a none cloth slim body doll unlike the cloth full body of the American Girl doll.
