(More customer reviews)There are many reasons I am very sorry I purchased this expensive wardrobe. The materials are VERY cheap. The gliders for the drawers are made out of PLASTIC. I couldn't believe it. Cheap plastic that snaps into the sides of the dresser. The drawers are hard to pull out because of this. I would expect more for the money paid for the product.
I am not sure what kind of metal is used for the hardware but two of the metal pieces literally crumbled like brittle clay when I tried to screw them in. Not only can I not use one of the drawers because of this, one of the doors to the wardrobe part of dresser completely broke from its hinges. I am going to have to seriously finagle this expensive piece of junk just to make it usable. There is no way I am going to disassemble it and send it back. I have learned my lesson for next time.
