(More customer reviews)My daughter got this for her Wets n Wiggles Baby Alive, and the doll fits fine in the backpack. While it does sag a little while she carries it, she doesn't seem to mind - and it's not like she's carrying a real baby in it. I did not pay full price for this either, and I think in general the Baby Alive accessories are overpriced, but if you can find them on sale, they are definitely cute.

(More customer reviews)Overall I really love this product. I even had a Baby Alive doll myself when they first came out in the seventies. They are much nicer now. The only reason I would not give this item great ratings accross the board is because buying the food can get really expensive. The doll is really fun to play with so kids like to feed it several times a day. That can get really pricey. I know some people use food coloring and water as a substitute but that does not have the baby food consistency that the kids love. The best recipe I have found so far uses a health food item. [...]

(More customer reviews)I love this Baby Alive Bouncin' Babbles. She's just too cute for words. She arrives to you in a box shaped like a play pen and is tied in with cords. Instructions are under the 'play pen', so if you carefully open the bottom up, you can actually keep the box in its shape and have it be an added accessory for the doll! It helps, too, for storage and imaginary play. You'll see an example of this in the video posted. She'll arrive with AA's already, but you're in charge of replacing them when they run out of juice.
The dolls main play activity is jumping. If you press her hand, she'll jump up and down or coo. Keep her upright when jumping or you'll hear a clicking sound-- you'll hear it in the video. She really is an adorable doll. The cooing sounds and laughs are sure to make you smile, instead of cringe (like some dolls who talk).
As for sturdiness, as long as you don't smash her legs down or drop her from a high distance, she should be fine. Her hair is molded (in various colors)and her arms are filled with beans (like a bean bag).
This doll is adorable and should entertain your toddler well enough. At the very least, Baby Alive will keep the young at heart smiling.

Baby Alive Whoopsie Doo Doll - CAUCASIAN Review

(More customer reviews)I got this doll for my daughter's birthday. My reason for such a low review is because the diapers are "single-use," and it didn't say that on the package. The "juice," which is supposed to make her "poop" is also (more apparently) single-use, so in order to enjoy the special features of this doll, you must keep buying diapers and juices. (As an aside - I just looked on Amazon, and the diapers are $15 for 6 ($2.50 each!!), plus it says they are being discontinued. On the other hand, diaper reviewers recommend newborn (real) diapers as a better substitute.)
In addition, the first time my daughter "fed" her, what came out was indistinguishable from the pee - so I don't understand the point of the special "poop" feature, and the special food. Also, the second time, the food wouldn't even go in; it just dribbled down her neck. We are going to return the doll, as I suspect it is defective, but replace it with something else. The single-use accessories, at these prices, are simply too much!
