(More customer reviews)This bear is the cutest. My son is in Afghanistan and asked me to order something "like a teddy bear" for his wife, and after much searching this is the one I choose. The detail to the ACU is amazing. The jacket zips which means it can be removed to be washed if need be. My daughter-in-law and some her friends remarked that it even has the ties on the bottom of the pants. What is not shown is that this bear also come with a dog tag. I don't know if it can be engraved but I did put a picture of my son on it. All you have to do is get a photo made into a wallet size and then trace it. I used just plain super glue and brushed a thin layer of it on the tag and placed the picture on it and done.
The customer service with this company is exceptional. I was concerned because I couldn't find where to put the personalization information on it, called their toll-free number on a Sunday thinking I would receive a reply on Monday. Much to my surprise they called me back within an hour and told me that they would be sending an e-mail requesting the personalization info.
If your looking for a special gift for a family member in the military this would be great!
