These dolls are 100% authentic of the early days of Lilly Pullitzer designs. They are a must have for a collector or someone with two girls. My girls (4 & 2)love the flowery outfits and how pretty they are, even though they have no idea idea who Lilly is. It's especially nice to have a fun "Sisters" toy that they can play and pretend with together. A+

In which many American Companies do in which shows their lack of education in that department. This kimono is actually a kimono. Different kimono are classified by the type of sleeve on it. In this case this kimono is called a "furisode" (furi- blowing/flowing sode- sleeve) that is still worn by unwed girls/young women today for formal functions. Now since she is going to a public garden and wearing furisode. That means it's New Years or to view the blossoming of cherry or plum blossoms at the beginning of Spring. In which is a formal event. Only during the Meiji Period that the women of the Imperial Family wore Junihitoe on a daily basis. Only time the junihitoe is worn today is during the coronation of a new emperor or the wedding of the emperor or crown prince.

The dolls are made really nice w/very stylish clothes.There are no words for the stage,it is amazing! I will give a full review for it when the page is up.I think this doll has a good likeness to Hannah Montana or miley(whichever you buy).She also comes with an extra outfit,shoes and accessories and has on nice looking jewelry.We tried Barbie clothes on her and several fit and the My Scene shoes we tried fit as well.All I know is my daughter loves everything Hannah,I think she is a great role model and my husband is sick of hearing about her:) These dolls are great quality and make nice friends for Barbie!

Everywhere I searched, Native American dolls were porcelain. This was the cutest one I found that was "unbreakable" I placed my order late on a Tuesday evening and she is here looking at me on Friday evening (from AZ to NY). She has a tag that indicates she is not an Indian Produced product and she was made in China. For $11.99 she is what I was looking for...about 12 inches, eyes that open/close. I thought I ordered the first doll in photo (in yellow outfit) but apparently you get random selection in the clothes. The doll I received seems made well for a small child with flower printed blue outfit. She is adorable for a small child with shiny braided hair. Hopefully she pleases her new recipient for Christmas.

And we noticed that even tho the dolls have bare midriffs (like real Dallas Cheerleaders), they don't have navels. How bizarre!

I personally found the packaging to be frustrating. Every last little item strapped down with elastic or tape so everything was picture perfect in the box.
This Barbie has a "grow hair" feature that has take a while for my 5 year old granddaughter to figure out. At first she wanted to cut the strings so she could brush the hair but she seems to have figured it out.
